Summer Splendor Reception

    Tender chicken wings marinated and smothered in a spicy sauce.

    Hot and crispy vegetable spring rolls served with our own homemade sweet & sour sauce.

    The most popular fried appetizers - Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Zucchini and Breaded Mushrooms served golden brown with our marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
From the Deli:  
  • Mini Focaccia Sandwiches
    We bake our own focaccia right here in our campus bakery every day and serve it with you favorite deli fare

  • Prosciutto Wrapped Melon Wedges
    Tender prosciutto happily clings to the cool summer melon wedges.

    Crisp white tortilla chips served with our own Pebre Salsa, made fresh for you.
