Group DiningResident Dining Rooms In addition, group dining and special functions couldn't be easier with a seamless process of payment either through cash, credit card, department purchase order (effective July 1, 2007), or post-event invoicing (UC Davis departments only). All non-affiliated groups with UC Davis are required to pay in advance or at the time of the visit. When planning a special function, each event needs to have on file an order form. Complete the Special Function Order Form. For groups who require an advance invoice or quote, please contact the dining room where you plan to dine to request information. Contact information can be found on the group dining authorization form. Dining with us during the academic year? Simply complete a Group Dining Authorization Form (for academic year only) and fax the document to the dining room of your choice. On the day of your group dining with us, check in at the cashier station, and you will be charged for the number of attendees dining using either a credit card or departmental purchase order. Either way, this form must be completed prior to your group enjoying their meal. If your planning an event during the summer months and want to have your group dine at Segundo Dining Room, please complete the Summer Group Dining Authorization Form (valid between June 13th - September 19th) and fax to reserve your spot now.
